The year just gone truly was the most memorable one so far at Untangled Resolutions. We have a beautiful brand new website thanks to Chrissy Gruninger of Intentional OBM, we have grown, and, for the first time in our 12 year history, we actually co-sponsored a conference! On November 2-4, 2022, members of the Association for Collaborative Leadership (the ACL) met at the Big Ten Conference Center in Chicago, Illinois. Bathabile attended to represent Untangled Resolutions. The ACL is an umbrella organization for college and university consortia. These consortia enable colleges and universities to share resources and so provide goods and services to their campus communities that they might otherwise not be able to provide. 

At Untangled Resolutions, we see great potential in this model. We believe that every college and university should be able to offer organizational ombuds services to their communities. Colleges and universities that otherwise could not afford to offer ombuds services on their campuses can agree to share the cost.
